Four second half goals for Reepham cast a shadow over what was otherwise decent performance from a very young Yachtmen side.

Wroxham fielded a very young side to face Reepham Town including 16 year old emergency keeper Tommy White brought in to replace Harley Lemmon who was called up for 1st team duty.
The young side were not phased against a more experience home side on an excellent surface for this time in the season.
Wroxham’s Ben Fowkes created space for himself on 9 minutes to get in a first time shot which was well saved by Reepham ‘keeper Asa Swatman.
At the other end, young Wroxham ‘keeper White lifted his confidence to deny ex-Yachtsman Stephen Drake with a fine block save.
Play continued to be open with both sides attacking whenever possible. The best chance fell to Aaron Attree on 22 minutes who must have thought he would give Wroxham the lead on 22 minutes with a 35 yard shot that was heading for the top corner until Swatman got across to tip the ball over.
Liam Brock was booked for what seemed a fair tackle, as Wroxham more than held their own playing some decent football although lacking the final touch. They certainly deserved to be on level terms at half-time and with a bit more luck could have been ahead.
The young Yachtsmen made a good start to the second half with a strong run from Fowkes to set up Shaun Taylor whose shot hit the post. But inexplicably Reepham broke away from that miss and three passes later, the ball was in the net as a cross found Robert Warminger whose header settled in the net giving White no chance.
Wroxham didn’t deserve to be behind and continued to play some neat football. A 25 yard shot from Archie Galley was well saved by Swatman and a Aaron Attree’s attempt scraped as the visitors looked to get back in the game. Another long range shot from Billy Wynn was well struck but ended as an easy take for the keeper.
Reepham were pinned back but went close when Drake set up Jordan Sexton who pulled his shot wide.
Wroxham duly got themselves back with an equaliser on 62 minutes. Another good run by Fowkes forced a corner and although Reepham initially cleared the resulting cross, it fell to Shaun Turner whose return cross was neatly headed home at the near post by Ben Johnson to level the score.
This ought to have been an incentive for Wroxham to firmly take control but for some reason they lost their way as Reepham scored twice more. They applied some pressure and as the ball bobbled around the area Warminger scored second on 65 minutes knocking him loose ball from 10 yards past White. Then Reepham scored a 3rd on 70 minutes when Martin Bramble’s long free kick was diverted past White.
Wroxham were somewhat shelled shocked and could have fallen further behind when Drake missed another chance.
The visitors slowly regained their composure putting Reepham under pressure with a series of corners. From one of these Seamus Bobby’s header at the far post back into the danger area was hacked away for another corner. Wroxham had 4 more corners with the closest seeing Sam Gauntlett’s shot turned over by Swatman.
Then Wroxham fell further behind with a few minutes left as a long cross in from the right gave Stephen Drake a free header which duly converted.
After Wroxham had held the home side at the break and with a bit more luck could have been two ahead it was a disappointment to see four goals scored against them in the second period.
