There was almost a 2nd straight away when Harry Maddison shot on the turn and Hembling made a great save to tip over. But from the corner Wroxham did double the lead. Doyle was tripped in the area and Swatman converted the resulting penalty with a shot down the middle.
The game now livened up with Woods shooting over and Maddison having two chances to make it three. His first time shot produced a fine block by Hembling but the ball returned to the Wroxham player who should have converted the follow-up but shot wide.
Wroxham had a double escape when Caister hit the post and then a shot by Warren Nicholls was brilliantly turned over by Nathan Pauling as Caister were pressing forward.

Although Caister went close with a shot that hit the side netting they were unable to get back in the game and Wroxham went on to take the points.
