The reserves travelled to Dersingham after a morning pitch inspection but play started on the smaller pitch rather than the normal one which was still unfit.
This suited the young Wroxham side who soon got in the face of the home side with some incisive attacks and an early strike by Joe Marsden which was just over the bar.
Against the run of play Dersingahm almost went ahead on 20 minutes when Matty Blake burst through but Ollie Sutton got down well to save at his feet.
A good Wroxham move saw Sanders pull the ball back for Marsden who shot straight at the ‘keeper. Marsden then took on the Dersingham defence and as space opended his shot from the edge of the area was only just wide of the far post.
Wroxham didn’t seem to be getting much support from the referee and a blatant foul on Marsden was brushed aside. The official then appeared to award a penalty to Dersingham but changed his mind after spotting his assistant waiving for offside.
The half ended 0-0 but for all their possession Wroxham hardly had a shot on target.

Wroxham were rocked at the start of the second half when the home side scored twice in the space of a minute. Dersingham came out more determined as Wroxham appeared to lose their composure. On 50 minutes a free kick taken by Adam Seal was floated in and the ball deceived Sutton before falling to Matt Blake to turn in. Then Wroxham gave the ball away again as Trevor Daniels hooked the ball in the far top corner as he spun round in the next attack.
The visitors almost went further behind when a poor back pass from Rio Starkings fell short allowing Paul English to get in a shot which was well blocked by Sutton who came off his line quickly to clear the danger.
Manager Kaine Challen replaced Sanders with Payton Swatman with almost immediate effect. Matt Doyle played a lovely pass across the area to Swatman who picked his spot to shoot past Hails by his near post on 70 minutes.
This gave the youngsters a lift as they attacked the home defence looking for an equaliser. It came on 70 minutes with an absolute screamer from Sam Harty outside the box and from fully 25 yards He found the top corner giving Hails no chance. No sooner had that one gone in when Joe Marsden repeated the dose with a shot in the opposite corner to the delight of his colleagues and the Wroxham bench as they took a 3-2 lead.
Dersingham were shell-shocked but tried to get back and had a couple of chances which were skyed over as Wroxham held on to deservedly take the points.
