The home side lost there opening game at Acle but by all accounts it was a pretty close affair, so we anticipated a difficult game.
Wroxham opened the scoring when Jamie George slotted home but North Walsham equalised on 26 mins much to the delight of a sizeable home crowd.
Wroxham however too the game to the home side and Goeorgs scored a second before half-time out pacing the home defence and sliding the ball past the keeper to make it 2-1 at the break.
In an interesting approach the teams were piped onto the pitch at half-time by a bagpipe player but it was Wroxham who benefitted most from this uplifting experience.
Immediately after half-time Wroxham scored a third through Ross Durrant which was soon followed but a fourth from Joe Marsden.
Marsden was returning from injury and after 72 minutes was replaced by Aaron Sanders who had sufficient time on the pitch to then score a quick-fire hat=trick. Each of the goals involved some good approach play down the right with Jamie George provided two assists but young Sanders showed some cool finishing skills with each of his goals.
This was a good team performance despite a number of bookings with Jamie George getting man of the match from team boss Kaine Challen. 16 year old 'keeper Olly Sutton also had a good performance on his debut with some fine saves.
