

Wroxham included new signings Remi Matthews and Jamie Forshaw in the squad at the Cricklefield Stadium Ilford.
After 7 minutes, Ross Durrant had a good shot well saved by the home keeper and it was Durrant who opened the scoring on 16 minutes with a strong drive from 25 yards.
Then on 29 minutes Durrant had another shot well saved by the keeper for a corner. Angelo Harrop’s free-kick was also well saved by Daniel Mbaku as Wroxham took a stranglehold on the game.
Wroxham increased their lead on 38 minutes when another shot from Harrop was spilled by the Ilford keeper with Matt Daniels on hand to slot the ball home from a tight angle to make it 2-0 to the Yachtsmen.
The visitors were well on top and had further chances to add to the lead but there was no further addition to the score at half-time.

Ilford raised their game and went close to scoring but Remi Matthews in goal for the visitors made two fine saves from crosses that spelt danger.
After 55 minutes, Wroxham made their first substitution bringing on new signing Jamie Forshaw.
On 60 minutes following good work in mid-field , Andy Eastaugh headed on to Matt Daniels whose close range shot found the net to give Wroxham a 3-0 lead.
Wroxham made further substitutions bringing on Ben Lewis and Matt Blake for Danny Self and Daniels.
On 70 minutes, Ilford pulled one back when Dapo Abitogun scored after Matthews misjudged the flight of the ball and the home forward was on hand to tap home.
This goal gave Ilford more confidence and they put Wroxham under pressure for a spell. But Wroxham came back as Blake had two good chances to increase the lead when clean through only to shoot wide with one effort and over the bar with the other.
There was no further scoring as Wroxham took the points in their second away win of the season.
