Stewart Larter’s men started well and went ahead on eight minutes through Jamie Forshaw, before Christy Finch doubled their lead on 23 minutes with a lovely lofted finish.
Scole were playing their part but the quality in Wroxham’s attack was telling, Forshaw notching his second on 37 minutes with a superb curling strike.
The second half was dull in comparison – being brought to life by a 72nd minute strike from Remy Gordon to make it 4-0 – before David Coleman bagged a consolation for Scole with two minutes to go.
Wroxham gave Payton Swatman his first start since the midfielder re-joined the club from Kirkley and Pakefield, with Ollie Sutton, Danny Rust, Jack Guyton and Jordan King all earning starts for a much changed Yachtsmen side.
The Yachtsmen were showing glimpses of quality in the opening exchanges, Remy Gordon almost nicking in after a minute from Jamie Forshaw’s through ball, before Jack Guyton couldn’t control a fizzing centre from the striker four minutes later.
Long throws from the visitors seemed to be their best outlet, to which the Wroxham defence were dealing with well, before a slice of luck on eight minutes allowed the hosts to take the lead.
A poor touch from Edward Cussens allowed the lurking Forshaw to steal in, the striker hitting his effort from the edge of the box that struck a bobble and unfortunately lifted over the downed Ben Buckmaster in goal.
Although Wroxham were in control, a slight lack of urgency on the ball was making for a scrappy game, which played into their opponents’ hands as they began to gain a foothold.
A spate of free kicks were testing the Wroxham defence, the last of which led to Scole’s first chance on goal on 21 minutes.
Cussens whipped in a devilish ball that found its way to the back post where James Edwards was waiting, the striker taking a touch before firing in his effort that Ollie Sutton stood up well to and palmed away.
With Scole having their best spell of the game, it was important for Wroxham to stamp their authority again, something they achieved two minutes later as Christy Finch doubled their lead.
The striker was set free down the left wing by a lofted through ball from Jack Guyton, the striker beating the onrushing Buckmaster to the ball to curl it over him on the angle and into the back of the net.
The difference in levels was clear, with Scole slightly slower with their touches and later with their tackles.
And this quality from the Ryman league side was clear again on 37 minutes as Forshaw netted his second of the game to take it away from the visitors.
The in-form front-man found a pocket of space on the left hand corner of the box, taking a touch before curling a sublime dipping effort over Buckmaster and into the top corner for 3-0.
This third goal gave the hosts the breathing space they needed to start to squeeze the game out, Guyton firing just wide on 41 minutes, before Finch has a volleyed chance that flew wide just before the break.
The second half continued in a similar vein, with Wroxham assuming complete control without having to move up through the gears.
Forshaw had a 54th minute free kick fly well over, before Finch had an effort from the edge of the box that Buckmaster just got down to on the hour.
The second half was turning into a pretty drab affair as Wroxham were seeing the game out with consummate ease, before a quick break earned them their fourth goal on 72 minutes.
Forshaw picked up the ball in the semi-circle to release Gordon, who raced down on goal before firing his effort through Buckmaster for 4-0.
Forshaw was at his creative best, sending Finch through three minutes later with a lovely through ball, only for the striker to blaze his right-footed effort well wide.
With the game seemingly drifting towards full time, the visitors put together their best passing passage of the game to net a reply with two minutes remaining, David Coleman being found on the angle to send the ball through Ollie Sutton’s legs for a consolation.
And this proved to be the last action of the game as The Yachtsmen strolled over the line to set up a tie with Thurlow Nunn high-flyers Norwich United in the semi-final.
