

It was the visitors who mounted the first attacks, with Russell feeding Walker out wide but the cross was blocked by a defender before Wroxham were penalised for a foul from a corner.
Wroxham were moving the ball well especially in midfield, allowing the fullbacks to push forward. A crossfield ball to Strauss cut out the Luton midfield, however her cross was well collected by the home keeper. Luton’s first real attack came down the right flank but the resultant shot on goal was wide of the target.
The visitors continued to push forward, with the home keeper having to react quickly to save a ball threaded past the defence by Bullard, then Birchall receiving the ball out wide, cut inside and fired just over the bar.
Strauss then had a free-kick saved by the keeper before successive corners by the visitors saw Scully having a shot blocked before being cleared.
Despite having the better of the half, it was the hosts who took the lead just before half time from a freekick conceded just outside the penalty area.
Within 2 minutes of the restart, Wroxham had levelled the score. Birchall latching on to the ball and calmly slotting it past the keeper. However, the hosts regained the lead just 6 minutes later, from a corner the ball was bundled over the line.
The midfield trio of Russell, Scully and Long were controlling the centre of the park, with Long especially setting up attacks with her holding play. Squire replace Walker and was soon into the action with a shot deflected for a corner.
AS the half progressed, play became confined to the centre of the park, with neither keeper being forced into action, before a quick counter attack from Wroxham saw Squire force the keeper into a smart save at the near post.
In the 82nd minute, Wroxham got the equaliser they so richly deserved. A move down the right flank ended with Birchall sending a thunderous volley into the back of the net.
With penalties looming, both sides were now looking for the decisive goal, which came a minute into added time with a shot which was deflected past a bemused Fullbrook to send Luton through to the next round.
