Showing an attacking intent from the start, Wroxham took the lead as early as the 5th minute with Pleavin firing home a free=kick from almost 30 yards after a foul on Birchall.

The visitors continued to push forward and Bullard had a cross cut out after good work by Squire before a good one-two between Birchall and Bullard saw the latter feed Holloway who shot just wide of the target.

Dunstable’s attacks were few and the centre-back combination of Meers and Horn saw that Prentice in the away goal was rarely tested.

Wroxham were cresting chances with well placed passes for the pacey runs of Bullard and Birchall to run behind the home fence. Horn put Bullard clear but the shot was wide across the face of the goal.

However, on the half hour mark, a similar ball from Bullard saw Birchall race past the centre-backs and chip the ball over the diving keeper to give the visitors a 2-goal lead.

A quick break down the left flank saw Dunstable try a shot on goal but Meers blocked the ball to concede a corner which was cleared. A minute before half-time, the hosts pulled a goal back. Conceding the second ball after Meers had won a header, a through ball split the Wroxham defence and the striker placed the ball wide of Prentice as the visitors went into the break with a 2-1 lead.

The early stage of the second half saw Wroxham once again on the front foot with Birchall and Bullard shooting just wide of the target, before the hosts first chance of the half saw a shot well wide of the goal.

Wroxham increased their lead after 64 minutes with a move down the left flank and Birchall laying the ball inside to Bullard who shot into the roof of the goal.

Beevor made her debut for the Yachtswomen replacing Prentice in goal for the final quarter of the game and was called into action saving a Dunstable free-kick, before with 3 minutes of normal time remaining pulled off an excellent save tipping over a shot from 12 yards.

The visitors made the game safe in added time with Bullard completing her brace slotting home after a great through ball from Holloway after good work from Gardiner-Banks to give Wroxham a comfortable 4-1 victory.
