Wroxham's pressure finally paid of just after the quarter-hour mark when a long shot by Lily Alexander hit the post and went in off the back of the home keeper.
The Yachtswomen were keeping the strike-force of Stevenage at bay as they went into the break with a slender 1-0 lead.
After the break, it was the same pattern of play with Wroxham pressing forward. A Fuller shot was almost deflected into the Stevenage goal and a shot was just wide of the target.
Just after the hour, a foul was conceded by the hosts and from 25 yards, Rebecca Stephenson fired home into the top corner to give Wroxham a deserved 2-0 lead.
The home sides first real effort on goal from a corner was headed just wide of the target.
The final 15 minutes saw the Yachtswomen defend and repel what Stevenage had to offer as they ran out deserved victors and into the hat for the next round.
