The end of the season awards

Last night at the clubhouse of the Ginger Pickle Arena, players, volunteers and supporters gathered together to mark and remember a long season. One that will be remembered for turning round what at one stage looked a near impossible task of keeping the club in Isthmian League North . League survival came on the last day of the season and was followed the next weekend by an appearance in the Norfolk Senior Cup final at Carrow Road.

At the start of the evening manager Jordan Southgate looked back to his departure and then return to the club. Club Chair, James Blower thanked a number of long standing volunteers and Club Captain Jordan King and Reserve team spokesperson Harry Sparrow thanked volunteers who made playing football at the club possible.

What followed was the presentation of awards to the club’s Under 18s, Reserves and 1st team.
