Wroxham Football Club have teamed up with Norwich based local football retailer Norfolk Football and Errea sport to launch their new kit range for the 2019/20 season.
Sticking with the iconic blue and white stripes, the club have adopted new away colours in tribute to the Hoveton Wherrymen club which folded in 2018 and kept a theme from Acle’s black and white as the new Wroxham women’s team set sail in August. The kit and colours will be rolled out over all the club’s fifteen teams over the next three years.
Chairman Lee Robson was delighted with the new partnership “It’s important that all of our growing Wroxham family from five to fifty, men and women, boys and girls feel part of one club flying the flag for the communities of Wroxham, Hoveton and the Broadlands. Our Yachtsmen nickname and colours reflect this and I’m looking forward to seeing every one of our 150 plus players wearing the colours as well as coaches, volunteers and supporters! You’ve heard of the yellow wall, well let’s see if we can create the blue wave!”
The men’s senior team key partnership will continue with Kingsley Healthcare and are looking for an away kit partnership while the new women’s team will shortly announce an exciting partnership deal with a local company but are also looking for a name for their away shirts. Other partnerships with junior and English Junior Alliance teams are also available.
