Three new faces and one player returning home to The Ginger Pickle Arena

The Club are delighted to announce four new signings as Jordan Southgate strengthens his side ahead of the 2026/27 season.

Gabe Overton, Billy Batch and Lucas Poll join Wroxham and former striker, Ryan Hawkins, comes home.

Jordan Southgate was beaming with his new additions:

Gabe Overton
"I’m delighted to welcome Gabe back to the Club. As a former Wroxham youth player, it’s always pleasing to see one of our own return, and we’re excited to have him with us for the season ahead.

Gabe joins from Lowestoft Town and brings with him an excellent footballing pedigree, having played professionally with Peterborough United and at Step 2 level with Peterborough Sports. He’s an attacking player with real quality in the final third, a proven eye for goal, and the ability to make things happen in key moments. I’m looking forward to working with him and seeing the impact he can make for us.

Billy Batch
I'm very pleased to bring Billy to the club. He is a left-sided full-back who arrives with a wealth of experience, having played professionally with Fleetwood Town and enjoyed a successful non-league career in the North of England.

He’ll add quality, leadership and experience to the squad. He’s also a familiar name around the club as son of former manager David Batch. Billy’s character and footballing ability will be a huge asset to us, and we’re delighted to welcome him to Wroxham.

Lucas Poll
Lucas is an exciting young defender, with excellent potential, and we’re delighted he’s chosen to continue his development with us.

Joining from Downham Town, Lucas already has valuable Step 4 experience despite his young age. As a former Norwich City scholar, he received an excellent football education and possesses all the attributes needed to develop into a top player. We believe Wroxham is the perfect environment for him to continue progressing, and we’re excited to be part of that journey.

Ryan Hawkins
I’m delighted to welcome Hawks back to the club. His record speaks for itself and he has consistently shown his ability to score goals at this level.

He returns with a fresh mindset and a real hunger to make an impact once again. Everyone connected with the club knows what he can bring and we’re all looking forward to seeing him back in a Wroxham shirt and finding the back of the net once more.
