Oscar Brewer has been appointed as Reserve Team Manager for the Club's step 6 Thurlow Nunn team.
Brewer has been assisting Ryan Fuller and makes the step up following Fuller's promotion to work with the first team. He will be joined by former Norwich and Charlton player, Bally Smart, as assistant (pictured right) and Connor Mayes as Goalkeeping Coach.
Commenting on his appointment, Brewer said: It is an absolute honour to be appointed as the new Reserve Team Manager for Wroxham. It is a privilege to take on this role at a young age and be trusted by the Club to take on this responsibility. I'll be grabbing the opportunity with both hands and give everything I've got to develop the players and help push them towards the first team."
Jordan Southgate said: "We're delighted Oscar has accepted the role. This shows the Club's commitment to developing its coaching team with Oscar following Ryan and myself in getting internal promotions. Bringing in Bally for his first coaching role adds something new to the group with his wide experience in the game and continues our commitment to giving the right people the opportunity to get on the coaching ladder."
Chairman James Blower added: "Oscar has been pivotal to the Reserves success over the past 18 months working with Ryan and has earned this opportunity. I'm also delighted to welcome Bally and Connor to the Club too and look forward to working with them and seeing them develop. The Club is in a really strong place with a high quality coaching team throughout our senior and youth ranks."
