Last season saw AFC Sudbury and Hashtag United win promotion. Meanwhile four clubs from Essex were relegated - Coggleshall Town, Great Wakering Rovers, Hullbridge Sports and Tilbury FC.

The new league season scheduled to start on Saturday August 12th will see Ipswich Wanderers join the Isthmian League North following promotion from the Thurlow Nunn League and they will be joined by two clubs relegated from the Isthmian Premier, namely Bowers and Pitsea and Brightlingsea Regent.

Fans who travel away will be making several trips round the M25 to North East London, as the other new teams in our league are Enfield, Redbridge and Walthamstow.

The new season's fixture list should become available in early July and will be posted here.
