With the team over achieving last season, there's been plenty of interest in our talented management trio but the Club is excited to have all three on board for the 2026/27 season.

Commenting on the extension, Southgate said: "I’m delighted to extend my stay here and would like to thank the Club for giving me the opportunity to continue this journey. This new deal will take me into my ninth season as manager, and I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve built together so far.

After securing the club’s joint highest-ever finish, there’s a real hunger throughout the club to keep pushing forward and make even more history by achieving a play-off place. I know there is a lot of work taking place behind the scenes, and it’s a really exciting time to be part of this football club.

I’m fortunate to work alongside a fantastic management team whose shared drive and standards have been pivotal and I look forward to another year together."

James Blower, Club Chair, was pleased to have secured terms with the group. "Jordan, Ryan and Daz have had a great season and I'm delighted they want to continue to build on what we are doing. They're a fantastic team to work with and we all want to try and go one better next season.

It's well documented that we don't have the resources of other clubs in this League but we enjoy the challenge to competing with them. There's huge work going on behind the scenes to take the Club forward and build a sustainable base for us to grow and progress. We want to give the management team every possible chance of further success next season.
