There’s just three games to go in the Isthmian League season. Three games to determine champions, play off places and of course relegation.
On Good Friday , football comes to the Ginger Pickle Arena at Trafford Park, Wroxham when the Yachtsmen take on league leaders Brentwood Town. Both clubs have impressive recent league form.
The visitors from Essex have won five of their last six games, their only defeat coming in an away game at Maldon & Tiptree. Wroxham come into the holiday programme having won their last three games without conceding a goal.
For Brentwood the maths are simple, a win on Friday will ensure that they are league champions. For Wroxham, victory will all but ensure that they will play in Isthmian League North next season.
Wroxham go into the game, with a five point advantage and better goal difference over Haringey Borough, the club currently occupying the last relegation position.
The large gate is expected for the 3pm kick off, with so much at stake for both clubs.
