Last Friday the F.A announced that the Extra Preliminary Round for the 2025-26 of the FA Cup will take place on Saturday 2nd August. It is highly likely that Wroxham will be in the draw for this round, although the draw itself will not take place until Friday 4th July.

Should the Yachtsmen steer a course through to the next round, the Preliminary Round is scheduled for Saturday 16th August , with the 1st Qualifying Round due to be held on Saturday 30th August.

Meanwhile the dates have also been published for the FA Trophy.
The Preliminary Round is to be played on Saturday 23rd August, and successful teams will then move onto the 1st Qualifying Round to take place on Saturday 6th September.

The only Saturday without Cup & Trophy fixtures in August is Saturday August 9th. It is therefore extremely likely that our first Isthmian League North fixture will take place on that date, although as previously mentioned the league’s fixture list is unlikely to appear before mid - July.
