Hot on the heels of Saturday’s victory at Mildenhall Town comes a trip to Essex tonight to face Witham Town.
The home side made an encouraging start to the season but have had a reversal in fortune, having lost their last two games.
The Yachtsmen come into tonight’s game with renewed confidence having collected a home draw against Grays Athletic as well as Saturday’s away victory.
The Mildenhall victory came through goals from Harry Barker and Charlie Royle, however it came at a cost following the dismissal of Jordan King, for two yellow cards offences. The one match ban does not kick in until Saturday meaning that he will be available for selection this evening.
Points won tonight would help lift Wroxham out of the bottom four in Isthmian League North, however Witham will want to get back to winning ways even at this stage of the season to help establish themselves as genuine play off contenders.
